Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:

 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and routine queries.
  • Provide HR administration support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, records, and documentation.
  • Responsible for local payroll & time and attendance administration, coordinating with Finance, regional People team and external payroll providers
  • Support the consistent application of HR policies and employment legislation while handling confidential information appropriately.
  • Work closely with local and Global People teams to deliver HR processes and initiatives.
  • Coordinate office administration, including visitor management, travel arrangements, and office supplies.
  • Maintain local documentation, records, and organisational knowledge to support business continuity.

  • Minimum salary according to the Collective Agreement for Employees in Trade, Crafts and Services, Employment Group IV. The actual salary will depend on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
  • Part-time: 20h per week, fixed term – 18 months
  • May be eligible for annual bonus up to 5%
  • Vacation entitlement according to Austrian law and the applicable collective agreement.

What you bring

  • Fluent in German & English (written & spoken)
  • Relevant academic qualification or equivalent professional experience in HR or administration.
  • Hands-on experience in HR administration and operations
  • Practical working knowledge of core HR processes, including contracts, personnel records, labour-law basics, payroll coordination, and timetracking administration.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential employee and payroll data with discretion, integrity, and strong data protection awareness.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage HR and office tasks independently, prioritise effectively, and meet payroll and compliance deadlines.
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
