  • Minimum Bachelor level
  • Management assistant and/or secretarial degree
  • Experience: 3-4 years at a similar position/environment
  • Proven effective verbal, written and presentation /communication skills (English & French)

Support the Marketing & Sales Team by providing business and operational support in order to ensure implementation of sales and marketing programs, achieve business objectives and focus on customers & market-needs. Support the members of the Management Team in order to secure the efficiency of the Team.

Provide professional welcome to visitors, manage all telephone handling and provide overall office management (facility affairs) in order to secure a smooth day to day business in the Canadian office, based in Oakville, ON.
