If you’re a team player who enjoys collaborating in a close-knit environment backed by the security & opportunities of a large organization, great news!  Molnlycke-Canada is hiring a National Accounts Manager to lead the strategic development and contract management of our Wound Care product line. You’ll have the independence to drive key initiatives with GPOs, Shared Health Organizations, and LTC as well as Distributor partners, on a National level.


What you’ll do:

We’re looking for someone who thrives when given the flexibility to design and drive brand & strategic initiatives! The NAM will be accountable for contract management and overseeing pricing strategies that enable customers to access products within Provincial or National agreements.  You’ll work closely with Senior Leadership who want to hear your ideas and engage in feedback as you map out strategic objectives within the targeted customer groups.  This is an opportunity to make a national impact on the Wound Care industry and we’re excited to learn how you’d approach the goal!

Work/Life Balance:

  • This role will primarily be home office based with some travel for customer and team meetings.
  • Our Canadian office is based in Oakville, Ontario


What you’ll need:

  • Prior medical device or medical supply sales experience & strong understanding of the Canadian Health Care environment. Recent market and customer knowledge is an advantage
  • Successful track record in account management & territory sales is desirable, selling to procurement level customers is essential as well as experience working with C-Suite (VP/Executive level)
  • Preferable holder of a degree in life sciences, business management or equivalent proven experience in Healthcare environment
  • Highly self-motivated, team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive presentation and training skills
  • English (Bilingual/French preferred
