As an ERP & BI Specialist, there is great opportunity and variety in activities day to day, all the while keeping our business priorities digitalisation, customer centricity and sustainability at the heart of what you do.

 

The purpose of the role is to support in key business areas such as:

 

  • Translate business needs and processes into IT language
  • Manage project and development work with our internal and external partners
  • Support local business teams with current ERP and BI solutions
  • Constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholders to clarify needs & solutions
  • Work with the global IT team to develop, maintain and share business process, solution and application expertise and best practice with your users.

  • Salary circa £57,000 depending on experience

What you’ll need

 

  • University Degree in relevant Computer Science/Information Technology or similar field
  • Demonstrable experience in working with ERP systems (preferably Syspro or SAP) in a production environment
  • Ability to gain understanding of customers’ business processes and unmet needs, while also managing expectations and scope of projects
  • Basic knowledge of agile development and DevOps methods
