Mölnlycke US is looking for a dynamic Trade Show Manager to join our team in Metro Atlanta!

 

As the Trade Show Manager, you'll take the reins on national trade show strategies, from meticulous planning and innovative design to savvy budget management and seamless communication. You'll be the driving force behind showcasing Mölnlycke's cutting-edge medical devices, fostering connections with diverse customer groups. This role isn't just about logistics—it's about crafting unforgettable experiences that embody our company's mission and solidify our position as a global leader in the industry.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Flawlessly manage end-to-end execution of high-level trade shows.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects including accommodations, registration, production schedule, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints for all trade shows.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with attendees and stakeholders, facilitating alignment and awareness of responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, overseeing contract negotiations and coordination.
  • Develop customer-focused marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Drive lead generation efforts and assess ROI through Salesforce data analysis.
  • Lead post-event recaps, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for future shows.
  • Coordinate key opinion leader talks and educational sessions.
  • Utilize project management or trade show management software for efficient planning and execution.
  • Attendance required at all Major Tier 1 trade shows.

 

Work/Life Balance

  • 30 – 50% Travel during Trade Show “season”
  • Will include some nights/weekends
  • There are no Major Trade Shows over summer (July, August) or Holiday Season
  • Hybrid Work Schedule, Office based in Norcross GA

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects (Project Management) & contract negotiations
  • Preferred exhibit house and post-show reconciliation experience
  • Comfortable influencing senior associates
  • Experience In leading large-scale trade shows from start to finish and/or experience with solutions for small trade shows is preferred but not mandatory
