Molnlycke is hiring a Post-Acute Territory Sales Manager!


As a Post-Acute Territory Sales Manager you're responsible for selling Mölnlycke's entire Wound Care portfolio to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, DME and distributor accounts. We're looking for someone who can create a partnership with Healthcare Providers, improve patient outcomes and contribute to market growth.  You'll work closely with the Wound Care sales reps in the Atlantic Region to provide a continuum of care and with distribution reps to develop local strategies!  Our Post-Acute market is still evolving which means we'll look for your input and welcome your ideas!  This is a highly successful territory ready for someone to leverage their existing relationships in the Post-Acute / Skilled Nursing market for continued success!


Molnlycke offers base salary, uncapped commissions paid monthly, full benefits, 5 weeks PTO and a company car! 


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field from an accredited college/university
  • 3 + years’ experience in selling medical device, services or supplies to Post-Acute space
  • Overnight travel expectation can be up to 65+%, at times on very short notice
  • Must hold valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job, this includes COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (i.e. EEO, FDA, DEA, OSHA, etc.) and Company policies and procedures
  • Employees hired after November 1, 2021 are required to be fully vaccinated within 30 days of their employment as a requirement of employment.  During the first 30 days, if not already fully vaccinated, employees will be required to test weekly at their own expense.
