Due to sales growth in our current PAC NW/Northern California territory, we’ve created a new opening which focuses only on Northern California! 

 

The Opportunity:

  • Candidates must live in Northern California area
  • Candidates must have background selling medical products in the Post-Acute space.

 

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for providing education and training on Mölnlycke product features, distinctions, and utilization. This position represents Mölnlycke within targeted SNF, Home Health, DME and distributor accounts to create a partnership with Healthcare Providers, improve patient outcomes and contribute to market growth. 

  • Develop the Molnlycke brand profile with key decision makers and build value added relationships in the Post-Acute market
  • Represent Molnlycke during sales calls and in negotiations; Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Identify and resolve customer problems through contact with customer service department 
  • Maintain existing accounts while growing and diversifying into new accounts. 
  • Work with Distributor management and Distributor sales representatives to coordinate sales and marketing efforts, expand business opportunities, and increase customer service  
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and exchange information related to sales goals and results, product availability and pricing, marketing strategies and plans, status of orders, etc 
  • Responsible for sales administration activities such as completing sales paperwork, maintaining customer records, preparing routine expense, sales, and activity reports, assisting with special projects, analyzing individual customer product mix and sales volume, and processing orders  

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field from an accredited college/university
  • 3 + years’ experience in selling medical device or supplies to Post-Acute space
  • Overnight travel expectation can be up to 65+%, at times on very short notice
  • Must hold valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job
  • Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (i.e. EEO, FDA, DEA, OSHA, etc.) and Company policies and procedures
