We're currently searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join our Wound Care team ! Based out of Denver, the ideal candidate has at least 3+ years successful Medical Device or Medical Supply sales experience (Wound Care is a plus!) and open to travel across Northern CO with occassional travel to Wyoming, Montana & South Dakota. We offer six-figure compensation in your first year, company car and 5 weeks of PTO! 


In this role you will:

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships by representing Molnlycke in sales calls and negotiations and employ value-added selling techniques to achieve established sales goals for our Surgical product line
  • Work with Distributor management and Distributor sales representatives to coordinate sales and marketing efforts, expand business opportunities, and increase customer service
  • Identify and resolve customer problems through contact with customer service department
  • Responsible for sales administration activities such as completing sales paperwork, maintaining customer records, preparing routine expense, sales, and activity reports, assisting with special projects, analyzing individual customer product mix and sales volume, and processing orders


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field from an accredited college/university
  • 3 + years’ experience in selling medical device or supplies
  • Overnight travel expectation 40-60%
  • Must hold valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job
  • Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (i.e. EEO, FDA, DEA, OSHA, etc.) and Company policies and procedures
  • Maintains professional image that reflects positively on the Company
  • Employees are required to be fully vaccinated within 30 days of their employment as a requirement of employment.  During the first 30 days, if not already fully vaccinated, employees will be required to test weekly at their own expense.
