Molnlycke is searching for a Sr Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts! This position will contribute to achieving the overall business objectives of the US Commercial business through:


  • Continuous focus, development and implementation of plans supporting the Strategic Account/Healthcare Economics (SAHE) team
  • Management of overall brand identity for US organization among key constituencies along with tactical execution
  •  Aid in achievement of budgeted sales and conversions for designated accounts/systems contributing to the overall One-Molnlycke strategy (Wound Care and Surgical) of the US organization
  • Management of channel strategy and execution with distributor partners


What You'll Do

  • Aid in achieving sales and profitability targets tied to SAHE  initiatives
  • Ensure allocated A&P budget is utilized effectively to maximize ROI
  • Develop market-penetrating activities that aid and enhance brand equity
  • Develop marketing strategies through SAHE  in conjunction with key stakeholders; that achieve business objectives
  • Adapt / synthesize existing evidence, data and collateral into programs tailored to system selling and c-suite programs. 
  • Support RFI / RFP responses as required
  • Support GPO and IDN contract and government launches as required
  • Develop commercial insights for VP / senior level customers 
  • Aid in benchmark pricing analytics to support One Molnlycke proposals and strategic pricing decision making
  • Aid in the development of channel marketing plan(s) to support Strategic Accounts
  • Implement and measure ongoing assessment of sales and marketing plans to support Strategic Accounts and adjust accordingly when modification is required
  • Aid in benchmark activities and tactics against competitors and recommend corrective action where appropriate
  • Represent and support SAHE team needs and initiatives with the marketing team, acting as their voice/advocate
  • Develop SAHE-specific marketing materials to support business development, reviews, RFPs and tradeshows
  • Support SAHE-specific tradeshows at a strategic level and liaise as needed with marketing coordinator and/or tradeshow coordinator responsible for plans
  • Work with agencies as needed to support campaigns including brief development, ongoing input and review

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field ; MBA and/or Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Preferred
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • 3 years healthcare marketing experience required with medical device experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
