We’re now looking for a Senior Clinical Education Manager to play an important role in our Commercial function. What makes you stand out is your passion for what your work means – coupled with your ability to listen to customers and respond with appropriate urgency.    

The Opportunity:

-To deliver commercial advantage for US MHC Wound Care and Surgical through the constant development of value-added services and clinical and economic continuing educaiton programs that support the businesses.

-To support the Wound Care & Surgical Sales & Marketing team through generation of content and process on Connect2Know Resource Center and other social media venues, to be utilized in internal/external communications to support key messages.


Key Accountabilities:

-To facilitate and develop external clinical educational programs that support and drive sales growth and value-added material for our customers, including CE programs.  In addition to development and implementation of those educational programs, collaborate to develop education assets to support continuing TSM and RCS clinical knowledge, in concert with Directors, Clinical Marketing and Professional Education,  Learning and Development team, as well as other MHC personnel;

-To support, review and edit abstracts, posters, articles and journal submissions in order to support KOL Quality Improvement Project results' entry into conferences and journals, to mentor those KOLs in the process, and to support commercial objectives for US Wound Care & Surgical Divisions, including collaboration with Marketing colleagues to create collateral, trade show properties, and other Marketing deliverables;

-To develop educational content both externally and internally to ensure a competitive advantage and maximize the profitability of US MHC Wound Care and Surgical products;

-To develop and maintain a knowledge base of wound care and surgical related disciplines by attending relevant conferences and meetings, communicating with opinion leaders, and reviewing journals and other publications;

-To conduct field-based travel to support QIP development as needed.

-Clinical Education development and execution;

-Value-added service development and execution;

-Develop clinical education content marketing via collaboration with Digital Communications Manager.



-Advanced understanding of wound care and surgical product categories, including those of direct competitors;

-Advanced public speaking, presentation and organizational skills;

-High level networking skills that provide foundation for inter-cultural and inter-business interactions;

-Demonstrated leadership, creativity and self-starter project management skills;

-Strong business acumen;

-Demonstrated competency in clinical writing, editing, poster development and clinical presentations.
-Less than 15% travel expected.



-Prior clinical wound management and OR related experience;

-Demonstrated experience in abstract and article submission and publication;

-Excellent written and oral communication;

-Experience in writing, editing and implementing clinical protocols, policies and procedures, and educational programs;

-Experience in developing and presenting wound care and OR related education, marketing collateral, and sales tools;

-Bachelors degree required;

-Registered Nurse Licence required;

-APRN licensure preferred;

-MSN preferred;

-Sales and Marketing Experience preferred;

-Proficient in use of Information Technology (IT) systems for position;

-Knowledge and skills in clinical marketing/sales approaches, tools, and educational programs; 

-Strong interpersonal skills required;

-Strong service orientation required.
