We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Developer to become the first dedicated U.S.-based product development leader supporting Mölnlycke's Pressure Injury portfolio. At a pivotal time in our growth, this role has been created to strengthen the connection between customer needs, clinical insights, and product innovation while helping establish a new chapter for our global Wound Care organization.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will serve as a key contributor within our global Research & Development organization, leading and supporting product development initiatives focused on the Pressure Injury portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead product development projects from concept through commercialization
- Translate customer and clinician insights into innovative product solutions
- Partner with R&D, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations teams throughout the development process
- Support verification, validation, risk management, and design control activities
- Drive technical problem solving and root-cause investigations
- Contribute to portfolio planning, innovation initiatives, and future product roadmaps
- Communicate project progress and recommendations to key stakeholders

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a collaborative product development professional who combines technical expertise with curiosity, creativity, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Product Development, or a related technical discipline
- Experience leading product development initiatives within a regulated industry
- Strong understanding of design controls, risk management, verification, and validation activities
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive projects forward
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Medical device, healthcare, wound care, or related industry experience preferred
- Advanced degree and experience with Voice of Customer methodologies are a plus
