Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Americas

In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders, shaping hiring strategies that directly support Mölnlycke’s growth and mission. 

Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role: 

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for key positions across the Americas. 

  • Act as a consultative advisor, bringing strong market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions. 

  • Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines through strong direct sourcing and research capabilities. 

  • Partner with business leaders and People Partners to drive workforce planning and talent strategy. 

  • Analyze recruitment data to inform stakeholders and improve decision making. 

  • Collaborate in local employer branding activities to strengthen Mölnlycke’s image and talent attraction in the region. 

  • Ensure high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout all recruitment touchpoints.

What You Bring 

Must‑haves 

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in an international environment 

  • Experience recruiting within the medical devices industry (or healthcare/life sciences) 

  • Strong expertise in the U.S. talent market (LATAM exposure is a plus) 

  • Proven consultative approach with the ability to influence senior leaders 

  • Exceptional direct sourcing and research capabilities 

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset 

  • Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes independently 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

  • Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese are a plus 

Nice‑to‑haves 

  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors 

  • Experience supporting multiple countries 

  • Exposure to employer branding, talent attraction initiatives, or recruitment marketing 

  • Additional experience in the LATAM recruitment landscape
