We’re currently searching for a Manager of Field Execution. This role will be providing sales initiative sell-in, execution leadership, and project management duties in the post-acute market for the US sales team.  You’ll work closely with the field sales leadership across the country to ensure initiative testing, roll out and implementation across all regions with the selected classes of trade. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing the Post-Acute sales team’s capabilities to target the right accounts with appropriate messaging, enabling quicker delivery of revenue and profit. 

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Initiative Implementation

  • Manage field implementation of Post acute specific initiatives
  • Support the execution of marketing programs that are channel specific
  • Leverage analytics to develop channel & sales strategy across 4 key areas: Continuum of Care, Post Acute strategic accounts, distributors and billers
  • This role will be responsible for translating the business strategy created through the Continuum of Care lead on channel segmentation into collateral, messaging and sales strategies for effectiveness.

 

Execution Leadership

  • Manage and adapt channel strategies to scalable field initiatives
  • Design and deliver analysis to support strategic choices to sales and marketing leadership
  • Training and implementation of value prop of Post Acute COT’s
  • Quarterly campaigns for various channels
  • Complete complex analyses, generate insights and evolve the "story" to WC LT.  Assist with implementation.
  • Develop key business case models for potential new products to bring to the US market.

What you’ll need:

  • University education and degree required
  • Healthcare Product marketing management experience required, (medical device industry preferred)
  • Experience in non-acute classes of trade required, Home Health, Skilled Nursing, Wound Care Clinics as examples
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Proven track record of creating lasting impact in undefined or new markets
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams and comfortable holding people accountable
  • Strong written and presentation skills at all levels of engagement
  • Proficient business acumen
  • Team-oriented, collaborative and flexible mindset to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • A high degree of independence, energy, drive and initiative
