We are currently searching for  Marketing Automation Manager in the Metro Atlanta area!

 

The Marketing Automation Manager will build and manage all marketing automation programs, campaigns and journeys  for our key business US units, Wound Care, Surgical and Post-Acute.  Working closely with US and global digital marketing, product/content marketing, IT and Sales this subject matter expert will have the primary responsibility for email marketing activation supporting social, ad and SMS as needed. Additionally they will develop the lifecycle marketing plans, activation, utilization and measurement that results in improved customer loyalty, advocacy and retention.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work closely with our Digital Marketing Strategist to determine the overall US strategic activation plan for all marketing automation activities.
  • Will partner with Marketing (Product} to identify opportunities to deliver on their annual objectives and calendar plan.
  • Hands-on administrator of Email Studio, Ad Studio, Social Studio and SMS Studio.
  • Provide daily administration and support of the Salesforce database, including, but not limited to, managing user setup, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts
  • Works closely with the UX creative lead in bringing our brands to life in all activations.
  • Partners with the global project team, agencies and US IT to ensure SFMC is properly on-boarded.
  • Collaborate with US & Global IT team (owners of the platform) to ensure system is optimized.
  • Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns.
  • Execute personalization and extensive audience segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing SQL.
  • Monitor the performance of the tool and provide proactive feedback on opportunities or issues.  
  • Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal clients.
  • Manage competing objectives ensuring that all activations are well orchestrated in a way that grows customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain solution related documentation
  • Create segmentation groups
  • Maintain regular and proactive  communications with all key stakeholders.
  • Develop relevant reports and dashboards.
  • Regularly engage business units and actively seek to improve on existing processes as well as design and build new modules in partnership with cross-functional teams.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years in B2B marketing with 3+ years of extensive, technical hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, deploying marketing automation campaigns for real world marketing initiatives
  • Deep understanding of SalesForce CRM
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structure and functionality
  • Needs to be able to work with configuration, testing and journey development
  • Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, SQL queries and AMPScript
  • Experience with CAN-SPAM, GDPR and other related local data privacy laws
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus
