Director, Marketing -Continuum of Care (CoC)-Norcross, GA

We are currently searching for Marketing Director - Continuum of Care (CoC). This person will be based in our Norcross, GA office.

The  Director, Marketing-Continuum of Care (CoC) will contribute to achieving the overall business objectives of the US Commercial business through:

 

  • Continuous focus and implementation of the Acute Wound Care (AWC) Total messaging across patient journey
  • Lead strategy on evolution of Mölnlycke
  • Delivers More Total Value
  • Establish KOL’s in the economic space to expand advocacy of Total Value messaging
  • Developing and implementing market penetration and tactical action plans
  • Achieving budgeted sales and profitability targets
  • Link Dressings/T&P/Incision Care messaging to Continuum of Care
  • Developing a robust understanding of customer needs and insights in targeted market segment
  • Strengthen and optimize digital channels of communication to expand marketing footprint
  • Working with key stakeholders in identifying portfolio opportunities (organic and/or
  • inorganic)
  • Develop and implement MDMTV messaging, tracking and embedding across the US organization
  • Contributing to the overall Marketing Strategyof the US organization
  • Coaching and inspiring a high performing team of Marketing talent

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Aid in achieving sales and profitability targets
  • Ensure allocated A&P budget is utilized effectively to maximize ROI
  • Develop market penetrating activities that add and enhance brand equity
  • Hold overall accountability for the successful development of commercial strategies and plans to ensure an optimal balance of revenue, volume, margin and access across the portfolio and geographies.
  •  Develop marketing strategies in conjunction with key stakeholders that achieve business objectives
  •  Implement, measure and ongoing assessment of sales and marketing plans and adjust accordingly when modification is required
  •  Benchmark activities and tactics against competitors and recommend corrective action where appropriate
  • Foster relationships with key healthcare leaders within the wound care space
  •  Analyze and communicate key performance indicators, along with market trends and relevant financial data. Identify new product development and revenue generating opportunities in-conjunction with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  •  Successfully launch new products as defined and measured by key performance indicators
  •  Liaise with key local and global stakeholders and act an internal point of reference for all product-related queries
  •  Ensure forecast accuracy targets are met
  •  Manage, direct and motivate the Marketing team and provide leadership to ensure    Molnlycke Health Care US Marketing attracts, develops & retains the best people
  •  Distinguish self as a key member of the US Marketing Department by modelling core behaviors, participating in Marketing Department Management activities and striving for continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field ; MBA and/or Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM) Preferred
  • At least 10-12 years of Marketing experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in people leadership positions
  • Digital marketing content/execution/strategy experience strongly preferred
  • Experience within the Post-acute market place preferred
  • Medical Device and Health Care Marketing experience (Min 5 years)
  • Sales experience preferred
