We’re looking for a Brand Leader in our wound care business to help improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients.

 

The role:

 

Reporting directly to the Wound Care Marketing Manager you will work as part of a team and take ownership for the strategic and creative responsibility for value propositions and core campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Localise global strategy to set the UK’s marketing strategy at a portfolio level, and support the UK marketing team to set their strategies at a product level
  • Develop Mölnlycke’s overall brand equity through a continually refined and evidenced value proposition
  • Liaise with diverse global teams including: marketing, medical affairs, professional education and health economics/governmental affairs to ensure value adding initiatives or tools are suitable for the UK, and lead their launch within our market
  • Input creatively into portfolio and product campaigns, ensuring they are emotive, engaging and deliver a measurable result.
  • Build and review partnerships with advocates, key opinion leaders, and professional organisations
  • Maintain and expand Mölnlycke’s presence and sales in retail channels
  • Manage third party agencies to ensure they meet targets and timelines within budget
  • Monitor performance against plan elements and remain agile to ensure objectives are met
  • Develop and execute sales team training in support of the National Training Manager
  • Monitor market trends, changes and external factors to identify exploitable opportunities
  • Conduct market research, utilising sales channels, KOL relationships and third party agencies as required
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to assist with daily tasks and their professional development
  • Support the Marketing Manager to manage A&P budget, and coordinate team activities and outputs

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Previous product management marketing experience – essential
  • First-hand knowledge of the healthcare, medical device or pharma industry – essential
  • Qualification in life sciences or marketing – essential, both beneficial
  • Prior management of strategic above-product marketing projects - beneficial
  • Demonstrable experience working within a wound care product portfolio – beneficial
  • Previous mentorship or team leaderships skills - beneficial
