We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our ORS division in the North of Lisbon.

You will drive sustainable business growth in targeted OR accounts, ensure optimal clinical usage of the Mölnlycke portfolio, increase customer satisfaction, and support efficient adoption of Mölnlycke solutions.
The role acts as both a strategic sales partner and a clinical consultant for customers.
You’ll make a significant contribution in the following areas:
- Achieve agreed sales targets by targeting activity into existing customers and by the identification and development of new accounts so that we maintain a constant flow of new business opportunities,
- Develop and present commercial offers, in line with local pricing guidelines. Manage customer profitability effectively, through portfolio, price and ProcedurePak® components management,
- Develop and execute the Account Plans, pre-tender and tenders for the territory, securing strong and qualified sales and projects pipelines, aligned with company strategic drivers,
- Participate as clinical consultant in the O.R. to demonstrate our products and build customized ProcedurePak®, for surgeries,
- Educate key stakeholders within accounts in main topics, such as efficiency, infection control, temperature management, sustainability and products use as well as the overall competitiveness of the Molnlycke Health Care value proposition,
- Use sales tools (Veeva CRM, Portal, Value Tool, OR Efficiency process, promotional materials) to identify, prioritize, and implement projects,
- All functions described in the procedures of the Integrated Management System.
What you will need:
- Solid commercial experience in the Medical Devices sector (minimum 5 years),
- Experience as O.R. instrument nurse a variety of surgical interventions, (highly recommended),
- Strong communication, customer focus, training and collaboration skills,
- High level of responsibility and autonomy,
- Resilience and problem-solving mindset,
- Negotiation skills,
- Ability to innovate, influence, and manage relationships effectively.
