Why Marketing Manager Wound Care CEE role matters
As a newly created position, it brings unified strategic leadership to the CEE region by accelerating launches, strengthening reimbursement success, and shaping market conditions to expand patient access. It drives commercial growth, builds regional capabilities, and ensures consistent execution across all CEE markets.
Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:
- Owning and developing the CEE marketing and market access strategy, ensuring strong alignment with global direction while shaping a clear, impactful regional plan.
- Leading effective launches that accelerate uptake and strengthen competitive position.
- Advancing reimbursement success and shaping market conditions through targeted pricing strategy, KOL engagement, and streamlined market access processes.
- Leading and developing a dispersed 6‑person CEE marketing team to strengthen capabilities and ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across countries.
- Partnering with sales and business leaders to elevate customer engagement, optimize performance, and unlock new growth opportunities across the region.

- a role based in the country of the selected candidate, offering a hybrid work model and the opportunity for extensive international exposure through regular travel (approximately 50%, including overnight stays).

What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of marketing experience in the Medical Devices industry (pharma also acceptable), including proven leadership in managing teams and driving strategy – ideally gained in an international or multi‑country environment.
- Experience in Wound Care or other clinically driven therapy areas highly preferred.
- Proven capability to define regional marketing direction and steer high‑impact launches, adapting plans to diverse market realities and varying timelines across CEE.
- A data‑driven marketing mindset supported by strong analytical judgment, excellent negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills, and a resilient, results‑focused approach.
- Solid experience in market access, reimbursement, and KOL engagement in at least one market, with any broader regional exposure considered a strong advantage.
- Full‑professional proficiency in English.
