This is a fixed-term opportunity (approximately 6 months, from August 2026) based at our HQ in Gothenburg.
Why this role matters
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Management Assistant to support the VP Global Marketing and the wider Global Marketing Leadership Team.
This is not a traditional administrative role focused purely on calendar management or meeting minutes. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, digital confidence, and coordination skills who can help connect people, priorities, and activities across a global organization.
You will play an important role in enabling collaboration, supporting leadership effectiveness, and helping the organization operate smoothly across regions and teams.
Where you’ll make a difference
In this role, you will:
- Support and coordinate Global Marketing Leadership Team activities and follow-up
- Organize internal and external meetings, events, forums, and leadership interactions
- Manage calendars, travel coordination, and logistics with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Support preparation of presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
- Maintain and improve digital collaboration spaces such as Teams and SharePoint
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across regions and functions
- Use digital and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and ways of working
- Act as a key connector within the Global Marketing community
This role is based onsite at Mölnlycke HQ in Gothenburg. Given the leadership team’s largely remote setup, it is important that this person provides a strong local presence at HQ, acting as a key point of contact and supporting onsite meetings and events.

- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in an international environment
- Strong coordination, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong digital skills and confidence using collaboration and productivity tools
- Ability to build networks and connect people across teams and geographies
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Experience within marketing, communications, events, or similar business environments is considered a strong advantage.
