 Price and Customer Master Data Specialist for our Customer Experience department based in Madrid !

As a Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

 

  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of reference data relating to prices and customers.
  • Ensure high-quality data management by implementing processes that guarantee a seamless end-to-end customer experience, from order to payment

 

Key accountabilities

 

General Master Data Management

 

  • Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of customer and pricing master data in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align data management processes with business needs.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for systems and processes related to master data.
  • Generate and distribute reports on data quality and management activities.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on data management best practices.

 

Pricing Management

 

  • Update and maintain pricing in SAP and other relevant systems.
  • Administer contract pricing, ensuring compliance with company policies and contract terms.
  • Provide sales statistics and respond to pricing queries from customers, sales teams, and customer service.
  • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and invoice-related issues.
  • Track and execute price indexation in accordance with contract agreements.
  • Coordinate price reviews and contribute to price development projects.

 

Customer Master Data Management

 

  • Ensure high-quality customer master data within ERP and CRM systems.
  • Oversee the correct setup, maintenance, and regular quality checks of customer data.

 

Consignment activities

 

  • Oversees the lifecycle of consignment stock agreements, including setup, monitoring, and closure. Ensures accurate documentation, system updates, and internal/external communication. Also includes training new employees on consignment procedures.
  • Handles the physical and system-based tracking of inventory levels, adjustments, and replenishment triggers. Ensures templates and variant references are up to date and consumption data is accurately uploaded.
  • Coordinates the invoicing process by tracking order readiness, sending reminders, and resolving invoice discrepancies to maintain smooth billing operations.
  • Maintains structured documentation for consignment stock activities, ensuring files are properly created, stored, and shared with customers.

Qualification and experience

 

  • Degree in business or any other field related to the position or 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Local Language, spoken and written.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
