As Marketing Manager Wound Care Iberia & Italy, you will drive change to take our business to the next level e.g. in further implementing digital health tools. Location: Madrid, business travels & home office

 

What you’ll do

  • Initiate and consolidate marketing strategies and implement an annual marketing plan
  • Execute the marketing strategy together with your team and the sales teams
  • Understand and further develop a long term business vision
  • Define and develop the product strategy
  • Analyse and develop business opportunities, pricing, communication mix, sales promotional tools and marketing activities
  • Conduct training to the Sales & Marketing Team
  • Use internal and external digital tools to provide solutions to our customers' problems
  • Integrate products and services to underline and build on our market leading solutions
  • Coach and guide a team of product managers across the region
  • Enhance the positive image of the marketing team through ownership, agility, teamwork and professionalism

What you’ll need

  • University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or an equivalent experience
  • Proven marketing track record in the health care industry
  • Understanding of the healthcare and hospital environment and requirements on the Italian & Spanish & Portuguese market
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience, demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
  • Proficient in forecast and budget preparations
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Track record in enabling, educating and aligning sales teams to the marketing strategy
  • Analytical mindset, communication of updates on key performance indicators
  • Well versed in coordinating multiple complex projects within time and budgets
  • Client-oriented with commercial mindset and able to provide solutions
  • Language skills: Proficiency in Spanish, English AND Italian, ideally some Portuguese
  • Excellent computer skills, including database management
