Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Strategic Accounts and Institutional Sales Manager for our team in Spain. 


This is a new role and we are looking for an experienced sales person, with an extensive network within private healthcare companies and the public sector in Iberia. 


You will gain access to key decision makers within these accounts, understand their business and the problems they are facing, and then propose Mölnlycke's value-added solutions and services to help them overcome these obstacles. 


You will be skilled in strategic stakeholder management, with the ability to access key accounts, negotiate and close business effectively. 



  • Maximise profitable growth and gain market share across public and private sector clients
  • Develop a relevant value proposition and clear strategy for each account / prospect across both sectors
  • Work closely with sales colleagues in both the Surgical Solutions and Wound Care business units
  • Maintain a strong network of key decision makers and influence them to promote Mölnlycke solutions and services



  • Degree educated
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in the healthcare sector
  • Managerial skills
  • Results driven
  • Customer centric
  • Some experience in Marketing and/or Market Access roles would be beneficial
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
