Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire an HR Services Manager for our French entity. 

Based in the Lille area, you will be responsible for leading the HR Services team in France, providing consistent support for managers and employees, promoting our values, and ensuring that we operate in a way that is compliant with the French market. 
This is a very visible and important role within our organisation. As such, we are looking for high calibre candidates with a proven track record in international companies but also with deep knowledge of French employment law and employee relations. The ability to operate within a matrix structure is also necessary. 

  • Develop, adapt and implement HR policies and activities for the French market. 
  • Ensure fair and compliant local Employee Relations
  • Drive effective and efficient payroll, compensation and benefits programs
  • Managing local organisational and people changes in France
  • Support the people leaders to enable them to develop and empower their teams
  • Partner with the Recruitment Business Partner for Talent Acquisition
  • Develop Onboarding, Training and Development
  • Liaise with and drive the execution of HR Business Partner decisions
  • Leading local HR Services team


  • Relevant Degree
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Experience in Social and Employee Relations
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a HR Generalist in France, ideally for an international company
  • Team Management experience
