Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Product Manager Surgical based in France. 

 

As an integral part of the marketing team in France you will  bring an immediate positive impact through your dynamism, positive attitude and savoir-faire. You will be responsible for and have ownership of an important part of our Surgical Solutions product range in France. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop market knowledge, update and analyze market opportunities and competition in order to meet strategic issues.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term business plans for specified products in order to achieve sales, profitability, and market share  targets.
  • Develop relevant products assortments within international guidelines in order to increase customer satisfaction and maximize product profitability.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing (HQ) on assortment management in order to ensure best assortments/products/marketing offers for our market. Provide regular feedback to H.Q. on French sales performance and market needs.
  • Monitor performance of designated products against plan (sales/benefits/market share) and initiate changes to the plan / strategy to ensure targets are met. Develop specific scorecards.
  • Develop Sales Support Materials - printed, digital and Training - in cooperation with the Comm print and Digital, internal and external stakeholders and Training partners to support sales efficiency.
  • Provide on-going support to the sales force  / customers / internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all communication about products or company is in line with internal guidelines & the regulatory environment.
  • Coordinate new product launches.
  • Manage pre and post launch product user evaluations.
  • Monitor short and mid-term sales trends of designated products to provide a monthly forecast (MBM process).
  • Develop & implement different marketing activities.

  • Degree educated 
  • Relevant marketing experience within Medical Devices
  • Goal orientated
  • Structured and Rigorous
  • A true teamworker
  • Some knowledge or experience of surgical products / the Operating Room  
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment     
  • Strong English language skills
