Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire an Administrative & Logistics Agent to join our team in France. 

 

Based in our French head office, you will be the point of contact for all questions and problems concerning logistics, and your role will be to support both our clients and our sales force in order to ensure a best in practice service. 

 

The role will be varied and fast-paced, with a particular focus on ensuring French clients receive their deliveries on time, and in the best possible condition.

 

You will be in regular contact by email and by telephone with transportation companies, our distribution centres, Customer Care Agents, our Transport Coordinators and sales teams. You will need to be a dynamic, autonomous and quick reacting person, with outstanding communication skills. 

 

You will also need to be at ease with Excel and SAP, in order to be able to analyse data, update our systems effectively. Knowledge of other software such as Cognos, and MicroSoft Power BI would be useful too. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support concerning logistics - solving problems regarding deliveries, delays and managing expectations
  • Liaison with 3rd pary transportation companies
  • Proactive updating of clients by telephone regarding ongoing problems or complaints
  • Data Analysis and Extraction from SAP & Cognos 
  • Stock control and monitoring 
  • Updating our systems re changes in administrative matters such as costs of transportation etc
  • Compiling accurate reports and forecasts for logistics
  • Administrative Support

 

Your Profile:

  • Strong SAP knowledge, other software knowledge would be an advantage (Cognos, PowerBI, Excel)
  • Dynamic, organised and autonomous
  • Able to adapt your communication effectively to interact clearly and with impact, no matter who you are talking to
  • Logistics knowledge & experience, either during your Bachelors degree, or commensurate work experience
  • English Language skills, both written and spoken
