Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire an Account Manager for our Acute Care sales team, based in the Paris area (specifically covering clients in the 75, 92 and 94 districts, with also two clients in the 93). 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • You identify sales opportunities and own the Acute Care (Surgical Solutions & Wound Care products) business within Hospitals in your region, maximizing revenues and profit.
  • You create long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and key opinion leaders in the hospital sector. 
  • You position Mölnlycke effectively by educating your customers and exploiting the right initiatives.
  • You master our Acute Care product portfolio with the support of the Marketing team.
  • You own tender processes and you succeed in gathering all relevant stakeholders around the table.

 

Your profile:

 

  • You have relevant healthcare experience, preferably within a medical device environment.
  • You’re a go-getter and pugnacious, with serious analytical capabilities. 
  • You are comfortable selling a product portfolio where significant negotiation and education for stakeholders is needed. 
  • Solutions minded, you are able to work in partnership with high-level clients and present Mölnlycke as a value-added partner. 
  • You approach any change with an open mindset and you see opportunities in the changing market and healthcare environment.
  • You are organized, self-motivated and a strong communicator. 
  • Fluent French language.
  • Able to communicate in English (training programs are in English, and opportunities to evolve internally will require a decent level). 


This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson to take over an existing portfolio in a high-performing region. If you are a strong negotiator with an approach not centered around discounting, if you are determined and solutions orientated then we’d like to hear from you.
