We're looking for a dynamic and driven Warehouse Executive to join our team.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations that support high-quality healthcare solutions.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including safe and accurate inbound receipt, internal material issuance, and outbound dispatch in compliance with SOPs, safety, and inventory control requirements.
- Ensure safety and compliance in the handling and storage of chemicals and materials, conduct HIRADC, EAIA, and FMEA risk assessments.
- Drive inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, weekly stock count checks, and quarterly stock take.
- Manage safe and organized storage of chemicals and packaging materials across bulk tanks, main warehouse, flammable and acid storage areas, and engineering spare parts.
- Maintain material handling equipment, racking systems, bulk tanks, and mini stores in safe and good working condition/housekeeping.
- Plan and manage warehouse budgets, including monthly controllable expenses and CAPEX expenditures.
- Plan and conduct training programs to enhance staff skills, safety awareness, and SOP compliance.
- Manage warehouse staff discipline, monitor performance, and ensure accountability to achieve operational and safety objectives.
- Monitor, drive, and achieve warehouse KPIs including on-time GR/GI, safety performance, scrap/glove handling compliance, and inventory accuracy.
- Lead and implement improvement projects to optimize efficiency, enhance safety, and deliver measurable cost savings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and inventory management best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years in supervisory role for warehouse operation (inbound, issuance and outbound)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills for inventory accuracy, cost control, and process improvement.
- Proficient in ERP and WMS (Warehouse Management System) operations, preferably SAP ECC or SAP 4/HANA.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
