We are now looking for Project Manager to join R&D team.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this roll.

  • Independently plan, lead, and deliver moderate‑to‑high complexity projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
  • Own and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk management.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for project progress, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on roles, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and implement corrective actions with minimal supervision.
  • Drive project decisions within established governance; escalate only when thresholds or regulatory risks are exceeded.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with SOPs, quality systems, and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 13485, MDR, FDA).
  • Lead design control‑related projects and ensure all documentation is audit‑ready.
  • Represent Project Management during internal, external, and regulatory audits; coordinate closure of findings.
  • Continuously improve project execution practices and support effective collaboration across functions.
  • Assist in any other tasks as required by R&D management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the data, results, work activities and proprietary rights of the company or any other clients of the R&D laboratory.
  • Make daytoday decisions on project planning, execution, and coordination within approved scope, schedule, and governance.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and coordinate crossfunctional activities to support project delivery.
  • Identify and address project risks and issues, proposing mitigation actions as needed.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication, followup, and alignment.
  • Escalate significant deviations, regulatory concerns, or decisions beyond defined authority to management.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
  • Proven project management experience in technical or regulated environments
  • Results-driven with strong delivery track record
  • Effective stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in English)
  • Able to work independently in matrix organizations
  • Strong ownership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Influential without formal authority
