We are now looking for Project Manager to join R&D team.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this roll.
- Independently plan, lead, and deliver moderate‑to‑high complexity projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
- Own and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk management.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for project progress, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on roles, expectations, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and implement corrective actions with minimal supervision.
- Drive project decisions within established governance; escalate only when thresholds or regulatory risks are exceeded.
- Ensure all project activities comply with SOPs, quality systems, and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 13485, MDR, FDA).
- Lead design control‑related projects and ensure all documentation is audit‑ready.
- Represent Project Management during internal, external, and regulatory audits; coordinate closure of findings.
- Continuously improve project execution practices and support effective collaboration across functions.
- Assist in any other tasks as required by R&D management.
- Maintain confidentiality of the data, results, work activities and proprietary rights of the company or any other clients of the R&D laboratory.
- Make day‑to‑day decisions on project planning, execution, and coordination within approved scope, schedule, and governance.
- Prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and coordinate cross‑functional activities to support project delivery.
- Identify and address project risks and issues, proposing mitigation actions as needed.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication, follow‑up, and alignment.
- Escalate significant deviations, regulatory concerns, or decisions beyond defined authority to management.
What you’ll need:
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- Proven project management experience in technical or regulated environments
- Results-driven with strong delivery track record
- Effective stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills (fluent in English)
- Able to work independently in matrix organizations
- Strong ownership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Influential without formal authority
