We're looking for a dynamic and driven Production Supervisor to join our team.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role:

 

  • To manufacture Biogel surgeon’s gloves in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.
  • Supervise daily production activities, ensuring consistent output, adherence to product specifications, and maintenance of high production and quality standards.
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity and workflow.
  •  Optimize resource utilization, including labour, equipment, machinery, and materials, to ensure effective and cost-efficient production operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and other relevant regulatory and quality standards.
  •  Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning) to ensure smooth production flow and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reporting any deviations, non-conformities, or incidents promptly and ensuring timely corrective action.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and process optimization projects.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience and/or education.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in latex/polymer, food, or chemical industries.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements & standards for medical devices, including Sustainability & EHS standards.
