We are now looking for a Process Training Lead. The role will design, deliver and optimize a training program catering towards equipping employees with the right skills needed to execute and improve operational workflows, within an SAP ERP migration project context. The role will also support business process owners in translating standard operating procedures from complex technical processes into scalable, high impact learning experiences.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role: 

 

Training Strategy & Planning:

  • Owns the training strategy and curriculum design.
  • Establishing training governance, schedules, milestones and reporting according to phases

 

Training Needs & Curriculum Development

  • Conduct training need analysis & competency assessments across impacted user groups
  • Develop role based learning curriculim

 

Training Delivery & Deployment

  • Lead train the trainer and coordinate end user training across functions
  • Manages a training program which can robustly support organizational changes, system migration, and process changes.

 

Learning Effectiveness & Readiness

  • Conducts post training evaluations, tracking metric and analytics on measuring the impacts and effectiveness of the training program.

 

 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related operational field linked to Learning & Development
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate training, change management or business transformation projects
  • Experience in supporting transformation or large scale organizational change initiatives is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), with exposure to e-learning authoring software.                             
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to simplify highly technical concepts.
  • SAP Enable Now or Change Management certifications is an advantage
