We are now looking for a People Partner (HR Business Partner). The role will provide end-to-end HR/People support while partnering closely with the Plant Director and leadership team to translate business strategy into impactful people and organisational priorities.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role:
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with the Plant Director and site leadership team to translate business strategy into people and organizational priorities.
- Act as a thought partner on workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, organizational health, and culture.
- Balance local site needs with regional and global people frameworks in a strong matrix environment.
- Coach leaders to think systemically about people, structure, and decision-making.
Organizational Effectiveness & Development
- Diagnose organizational health using data and observation.
- Lead organizational design and role clarity work.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and team effectiveness sessions.
- Design and embed capability roadmaps aligned to business needs.
- Act as an internal OD consultant to site leadership.
Change Leadership
- Lead people and organizational change agendas for site-level transformations.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder planning.
- Build change leadership capability in line leaders.
- Monitor adoption and sustain behavior change.
Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR)
- Own end-to-end employee relations strategy for the site.
- Put up plan to attract and retain employees while maintaining a very health Employee Engagement Survey (EES) score. Come up with action pre and post EES to continue to increase and maintain the engagement index and other score in EES
- Responsible for the manpower planning and controlling the hiring activities within the approved headcount budget and cost
- Track and keep up with changes affecting recruitment and reward, including changes related to employment legislations, minimum wage act, etc.
- Manage simple ER cases and investigations. Proactively manage ER risk and compliance while working with ER senior People partner.
Talent, Workforce & Capability Management
- Lead workforce and succession planning.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) and Centre of Excellence on hiring plans.
- Drive performance management and leadership accountability.
Engagement & Culture
- Diagnose engagement drivers and link them to leadership behavior.
- Design systemic interventions to improve retention and engagement.
- Support an inclusive, high-accountability culture.
People Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Use people data to identify trends and root causes.
- Apply continuous improvement to people systems.
HR Governance & Leadership
- Provide functional direction to People specialists.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies.
What you’ll need:
- Min 8+ years HR experience, including HRBP roles in manufacturing or regulated environments.
- Organizational Effectiveness (OE) and Organizational Development (OD) and change experience.
- Strong employee relations and labor law expertise.
- Experience in matrix organizations.
