We are now looking for two Global Master Data Coordinators to join our GBS The Master Data Centre of Excellence (CoE) team.
About the job
The Global Master Data Coordinator is responsible for creating, maintaining and monitoring the Mölnlycke Health Care Master Data in our ERP system and MDM systems.
· As coordinator you manage the day to day activities in your master data area.
· You secure that the master data and internal prices are accurately created on time and accessible for the related processes to run without interruptions.
· You work with support tickets as well as event triggered processes and scheduled tasks
These are the key accountabilities for the role
· Safeguard accurate and accessible master data and internal prices.
· Escalate relevant deviations to applicable stakeholders.
· Full responsibility for creation and maintenance of the master data according to the work instructions in the provided tools.
· Proactively identify gaps in process and system, report potential improvements areas to the Steward and/or Manager.
· Perform Master data mass updates.
· Perform data audits.

· Understanding of business and global processes and master data ERP mindset
· Fluent in English spoken and written
· Strong organizational skills, proactive and self-motivating
· A strong adherence to process and work instructions
· A strong sense of quality in work and deliveries
· High goal orientation and determination to deliver business value with a strong customer focus
Experience in SAP (ECC or S4) master data management
· Preferably experience of working in cross functional projects
· Experience working in an MDM system
