We are now looking for Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role:

  • Ensure reliable operation of glove packaging machines, glove inspection machines, and production support equipment to achieve high uptime and stable performance.
  • Troubleshoot PLC system corruption and restore machine functionality to minimize production downtime.
  • Lead installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
  •  Lead engineering projects including planning, vendor coordination, and execution within timeline and budget.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and power interruptions.
  • Coordinate equipment calibration activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistent product quality.
  • Investigate customer complaints related to equipment issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  •  Maintain documentation for equipment installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with 5S practices to maintain a safe and organized working environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) for engineering projects and maintenance activities.
  • Apply A3 and 8D methodologies to improve root cause analysis and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Manage annual maintenance budgets including spare parts, consumables, tools, and service contracts.
  • Decision on maintenance activities except for decision on substantial cost involvement refers to Senior Engineering & Maintenance Manager.
  • Support and sustain effective EHS Management System

 

 

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering Automation or any related Engineering field.
  • Min 3 years of working experience as Maintenance/ Electrical/Mechanical/Equipment Engineer and with major involvement in maintenance, troubleshooting & automation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for medical devices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Project management skills
  • PLC troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
