Mölnlycke is now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, there is a great opportunity and variety in activity day to day:
- Your main task in this position is to provide technical and administrative support to the project manager in the field of project management
- You manage autonomously simple to complex projects or collaborate on the process of leading individual projects
- You ensure the transfer of know-how, lessons learned and good practice to other departments
- You cooperate on strategic projects with a focus on process development and optimization
- Your task is to check compliance with the schedule of project plans and deliverables
- You independently prepare analyses, including the preparation of reports for the company management
- You actively collaborate and share information within your team and the wider team
- You are a proactive member of a global project team who enjoys and is interested in the areas of project management and is looking for ways to do things differently, better, more efficiently
- You will gradually take over other interesting projects in the field of sustainability, digitization and data collection and other areas

What you’ll need
- You have completed secondary or university education with a focus on economics or technical Fields
- You have proven work experience in the field of project management at minimum 2 years
- If you have experience with creating project Gantt charts, this is an advantage
- You speak English at a good communicative level
- You are willing to learn technical things from different Fields
- You have advanced experience working in a Microsoft Office package
- You have good organizational and presentation skills
- You are communicative and share information with team members
Your work-life balance
- The position is shared for both our factories (Karviná and Havířov)
- You can use home office at a rate of 40% per week – after trial period
- Full-time job (37.5 hours per week), Temporary position (maternity leave crowd)
