We are recruiting for an experienced Home Care BD Manager uses their expertise and knowledge to promote the market expansion of Molnlycke‘s high-end medical solutions (applicable to the treatment of incision care, pressure injuries, diabetes foot and other diseases) in the field of home wound care. 

The Home Care BD Manager based in Shanghai, China. By establishing a deep and stable business cooperation relationship with existing home care suppliers( eg. community hospital and Internet+Nursing model ) and insurance companies, it significantly broadens the coverage of the company's products in the scene of home wound care, improves market share and brand influence, and ultimately realizes the company's strategic objectives and sustainable growth in the business segment of home care for wounds.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•    Strategic partner development and pilot management 
Identify and expand potential partners with home care providers (such as home care institutions, community medical centers), insurance companies, health management platforms, etc., and establish long-term cooperative relationships.  
Design and promote innovative collaboration models (such as bundled product sales, service sharing, direct payment for insurance claims, etc.) to enhance the accessibility of Molnlycke’s products to household users.


•    Market Insights and Demand Analysis
Investigate the market dynamics of home wound care, analyze users' pain points (such as pressure injuries, diabetes foot and other chronic wounds' home management needs), and provide basis for product optimization and service design.
Develop pricing strategies and business models that are suitable for household scenarios based on insurance policies and payment needs.

•    Cross departmental collaboration and project implementation
Collaborate with the market, sales, and product teams to promote the development and launch of home care product lines, such as portable dressings and intelligent monitoring devices.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure efficient execution of the entire process of cooperation projects from signing to implementation (such as training partners, optimizing supply chain distribution, etc.).


•    Achievement of performance targets
Develop and achieve annual sales targets for home care channels to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
Regularly analyze the effectiveness of cooperation and optimize cooperation strategies and resource investment through data-driven approaches.


Key Decisions
    •    Evaluate and select priority partners based on market potential, resource complementarity, and willingness to cooperate.
•    Determine specific forms of cooperation such as product distribution, service outsourcing, and joint brand promotion.
•    Reasonably allocate resources such as market promotion and personnel training within the budget to support cooperative projects.
•    Identify compliance risks in cooperation (such as insurance claims compliance) and develop response plans

Capabilities; Qualifications and Experience
    •    Degree with at least 5 years of business development experience in the healthcare industry. 
•    Fluent oral English, writing and comprehension are necessary.
•    Familiarity with medical dressings, chronic disease management, or insurance claims processes is preferred
•    Familiarity with home care institutions, insurance companies, industry associations, and other resource networks is preferred.
•    In-depth knowledge of the country's healthcare landscape, including reimbursement systems. 
•    Experience with Microsoft office, word, PowerPoint 
•    Ability to communicate with clarity internally & externally and to all levels of stakeholders 
•    Team Player

    Up to 30% travel within the geographic region 
International travel may be required for training and/or internal meetings on an ad-hoc basis
