Where you’ll make a difference
Mölnlycke is now looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team based in Finland.
In this role, you’ll contribute to meaningful work that improves lives. You’ll collaborate across teams, bring your ideas to the table, and help shape solutions that matter. Whether you’re streamlining a process, launching a product, or supporting a colleague, you’ll be making a difference every day.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role:
- Develop and execute local marketing and communication plans aligned with the Region North strategy.
- Plan impactful exhibitions, conferences, and webinars.
- Support sales teams with tender documentation and complaint handling.
- Drive digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, and website updates.
- Create and distribute newsletters and localized marketing materials.
- Track competitors and analyze digital campaign performance.
- Budgeting and ensuring cost-effective marketing execution.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines.

What you bring
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, digitally savvy, and passionate about marketing. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, including digital marketing and virtual selling
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent communication skills in English, Finnish (native speaker level), and Swedish (full professional proficiency)
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
- A flexible, agile and self-driven approach and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
