Continuing to invest in our future, we’re looking to hire an Account Manager to sell our sugical solution. This is a high performing patch with a strong existing client base and strong potential for further growth.
Your focus will be to maximise surgical sales growth and profitability through achieving targets within your territory.


This is permanent position based in Region East. 
We are looking for candidates from Kuopio, Mikkeli, Lahti area.


Key Accountabilities


•    Managing existing customers and development of new accounts.
•    Follow account plans according to the Region East strategy.
•    Develop your knowledge of products, clients and opinion leaders in order to become a true expert and trusted partner in your field.
•    Promote our products in hospitals around the region.
•    Educate key stakeholders within accounts of the Mölnlycke Health Care value proposition.
•    Proactively forecast changes in product usage to ensure accurate order completeness.
•    Participate in the tender process for new clients and for renewals of existing contracts.
•    Responsible for the input and the preparation of the documents regarding the assortment and price proposal. 

Your Qualifications

•    Minimum of 3 years within a sales environment with proven track record.
•    Experience of OR environment and selling to public customers.
•    Background theatre nurse with commercial understanding or Business education.
•    Strong communication skills.
•    Fluent Finnish language skills.
