We're seeking an GL accountant responsible for managing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting for our Greater China entities in compliance with local GAAP/IFRS. You will play a key role in month-end closings, supporting external audits, and handling regulatory filings.


What you'll do

-    Setting channel strategy and overseeing the strategy execution
-    Evaluating and optimizing national distributor channel to maximize sales coverage and sales volume 
-    Building up indirect sales model and completing the national dealer sales target
-    Collaborating with distributors, managing tenders to ensure the highest win rate
-    Managing distributor price, terms and conditions and AR collections
-    Managing annual distributor review and agreements, ensuring distributors’ commercial behaviour to comply with Molnlycke’ s policy
-    Monitoring distributor inventory and order fulfilment
-    Providing job coaching to team members and developing strong Commercial Managers

 

What you'll need

 

-    Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skill;
-    Understand the dealer life cycle management, channel plan, channel compliance, and VIP distributor management;
-    Good data analysis skill
-    Able to travel and work under pressure;
-    Good at English both in writing and oral

-    Bachelor above focusing on trade/pharm/clinical etc.
-    10 years + working experience in international MedTech company
-    5 years people/team management experience
-    Hospital sales experience preferred
