We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Sales Specialist based in Gurgaon (India) to join our Wound Care business. This role involves driving sales objectives and improving clinical and sales acumen through relationship building with HCPs. This role also prioritizes in driving usage of Advanced wound care solutions in key therapies, deliver training on therapies and application of products.  

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Achieve field sales objectives through servicing current accounts and customers. 

  • Builds solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, nursing staff, training/education and business office staff. 

  • Delivers educational programs, and product application competencies of HCPs. 

  • Drive usage of advance wound care solutions in key therapies (PUM, SSI, Antimicrobial) 

  • Provides primary clinical training and education to customers. Assists in disseminating technical product information to customers. Assists in the development and execution of hospital staff training courses. 

  • Keeps abreast of new products in the market and of current and future Company products. 

  • Provides ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing activities including Driving QIPS & clinical protocols, clinical case series, NEPs and CMEs, Certified training, establish wound care champions. 

  • Interfaces with Marketing, sales and other internal groups (clinical) to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements and product complaints if any as per company protocol.   

  • As necessary, performs other duties as required. 

  • You will function independently with a high degree of sales proficiency to drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations. 

  • Conducting formal product/sales presentations to all clinical decision makers and physicians, nurses within the hospital, practice, and/or clinical setting. 

  • Prospecting for new customers and growing and maintaining target revenue volume in assigned accounts along with Area sales managers and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs). 

  • Growing awareness of the clinical application of Mölnlycke products by recruiting physicians, nurses and staff to attend training programs and in-services. 

  • Consistently working to improve clinical and sales acumen, competitive product knowledge, and customer relationship. 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Proficient in MS Office. 

  • Possess good communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. 

  • Client-oriented with commercial mindset and able to provide solutions. 

  • Good attitude and aptitude to work in a team. 

  • Possess a high level of accountability and job ownership. 

  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with good organizational, research, and training skills. 

  • Technically and clinically astute. 

  • Capable of working in a team (working in close coordination with sales, marketing, clinical teams.) 

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing 

  • Prior background in nursing (strong clinical or surgical expertise) or wound care management with commercial understanding to support business growth.  

  • Candidates with work experience in medical device company would be preferred. 

 

OTHER INFORMATION 

  • Employee will be headquartered from Delhi NCR & will report into Gurgaon headquarters. 

  • Employee is expected to do business travel as per requirement.
