We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Specialist based in India to join our Wound Care business. This role involves providing clinical solutions, education and support to drive strategic growth agenda of the region. It involves maximising wound care sales growth by providing clinical support and education to the key stakeholders.  

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide clinical-based training to stakeholders (internal staff, external customers, and distributors) on product training, product demonstration, international guidelines and infection control.
  • Work with Regional Marketing Manager to build course content on educational and development programs for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Enhance clinical knowledge and evidence based selling skills among sales team
  • Plan and drive Quality Improvement Initiatives at key accounts of strategic importance
  • Develop and manage key opinion leaders
  • Drive market development initiatives
  • Win/ Defend key accounts with creative clinical solutions and KOL engagement programs
  • Build and maintain local library of clinical evidence, training material and product launch kit
  • Drive local evidence generation with KOLs and publish Clinical Experience Papers and case compendiums
  • Develop and conduct comparative / observational studies as necessary

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess good communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Client-oriented with commercial mindset and able to provide solutions.
  • Good attitude and aptitude to work in a team.
  • Possess a high level of accountability and job ownership.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with good organisational, research, and training skills.
  • Technically and clinically astute
  • Capable of working in a team (working in close coordination with sales, marketing, clinical teams.)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Degree in Nursing or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, nursing, clinical or medical device industry and held previous roles of marketing, training or clinical evidence generation (or subject matter expert).
  • Candidates with work experience in medical device company is more preferable.
  • Prior background in nursing (strong clinical or surgical expertise) or wound care management with commercial understanding to support business growth.

  • Employee will be headquartered from Delhi NCR & will report into Gurgaon headquarters.
