We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to accelerate the development, deployment, and scaling of next‑generation digital health solutions.

Our aim is to establish a full new team of 10 dedicated colleagues, all committed to build a strong team and deliver the extraordinary in our aim to innovate and build the next generation digital health solutions. We believe we do this in close day-to-day collaboration in the headquarters of Mölnlycke, situated in GoCo, Mölndal/Gothenburg.
What you’ll do
As the Tech Lead, in close collaboration with Project Manager, UX & UI Designer you will lead the delivery of digital products within the Wound Care portfolio, providing strong technical leadership across initiatives.
You will lead, guide and mentor the team of developers in the day-to day decisions and the sprint deliveries for the Healthcare software development in Digital Solutions. With your strong technical experience you will hands on contribute to coding, prototypes, and proof of concepts.
In your role you will influence ways of working when starting up a full new team and make key decisions on technology, architecture, and solution design to maintain flexibility and alignment with evolving business needs. You will role model by staying current on relevant technologies, business processes, platforms, and data and then share this expertise across the team and broader organisation.
Other key responsibilities for the role:
- Actively contribute to DevOps practices, support and mentor the team in software development, architecture, engineering, and best practices.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation and software development artefacts, ensuring they meet the required technical and business standards.
- Advocate and embed best practice architecture and engineering standards enabling robust, sustainable, and well structured technical solutions.
- Ensure architectural consistency with domain architecture, to protect the quality, scalability, and security of solutions.
If all that sounds appealing, then here is what we would like you to demonstrate:
- University degree, preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant area, or equivalent mix of education and experience
- Significant experience managing digital or software development projects within a highly regulated environment
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices across the full software delivery lifecycle
- High technical proficiency with cutting edge technologies and solution architecture.
- Full stack development skills: Frontend including JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Angular, React) and Backend including .NET, Python, SQL.
- Strong experience with API oriented architecture, system integrations, and API management.
- Skilled in DevOps toolchains such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of IoT services and scalable cloud/on prem platforms.
- Experience developing and integrating AI driven solutions (LLMs, agents, Copilot style assistants).
- Knowledge in Identity Access Management (IAC) with focus on external services like Azure B2C & External Entra Id
Additional experience we see as a benefit for the role:
- Experience with event driven and real time communication technologies (EventHub, Kafka, SignalR)
- Cloud expertise with Azure and AWS; containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
- Understanding of healthcare software standards and protocols (HL7, FHIR, OpenEHR).
