Mölnlycke is now seeking a Solution Delivery Lead to build excellence within the broader IT organization to strengthen our delivery capability.

In this role you’ll coach and facilitate your teams to take ownership for delivering impactful result and exceed expectations.
 

You’ll inspire talented teams, fostering collaboration and creativity. You will enhance team members’ capabilities and behaviours, fostering a culture of continuous improvements.
 

You’ll lead an area that has the responsibility to partner up with our R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and Medical Affairs functions to ensure that our solutions are valuable, useable, feasible and compliant.
 

The solutions in the portfolio consist of a mixture of mature and new solutions for our users.
 

You’ll contribute to the development and implementation of our global IT strategy, including our digital vision and roadmap.
 

These are the main accountabilities for this position

We want you to build excellence by defining and improving processes, ways of working, tools and competence needed within the teams and broader IT organization. Your assignment is to strengthen our delivery capability, aligned with agile and DevOps principles and mindset.
 

Together with the teams you’ll champion compliance by ensuring that the solutions in scope meet regulatory, privacy and security requirements, aligning with our company’s policies.
 

You’ll make sure that the area has an efficient setup of partners and solution providers with a focus to work closely with the strategic partners to ensure that the digital vision and roadmap are met.
 

You’ll also have the responsibility to oversee the complete budget in scope, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and license utilization.
 

What you’ll need

In this position you’ll need to have strong leadership experience demonstrated from leading and managing teams with ability to create a learning culture. 
 

You’ll need to have experience working with global stakeholders, both within business and IT, to build trust-based relationships and open communication, where you effectively align interests and take constructive action to navigate difficulties or impediments.
 

You’ll need to have a curiosity to understand your surrounding and documented experience from applying digital technology creating business impact. You have acquired valuable experience in leading change and driving people transformation where you have applied iterative and agile ways of working with an end to end responsibility.

 

We want you to demonstrate experience working cross functional (business and IT) in a proactive and collaborative way to remove silos in solutions or ways of working to increase responsiveness, efficiency and reduce overlaps.

 

It is advantageous if you have experience working with validated and regulated solutions, but this is not a deal breaker as experience and the right mindset are equally important.
