Solution Delivery Lead - Digital Customer Interactions

Continuing to invest in our future we are looking to hire a Solution Delivery Lead, to play a critical role in our Global IT Organisation. The role is based at our HQ in Gothenburg.


This is a brand new position and you will drive and execute the building and delivery of the digital solutions that will transform and future-proof our business.


You will work in close collaboration with our commercial and marketing functions to deliver solutions for transactional customer engagements. 
You will be the driver of our digital acceleration plans, and will be able to inspire key stakeholders. We have put some excellent foundations in place already, we now need to find the person who will take us to the next level.

We believe that you will have a background in eCommerce, Product Information Management and / or other online customer interaction solutions. 


You will drive strategic technology decisions that are required to deliver a digital transformation in customer engagement and interactions. 
This includes development of solutions together with business colleagues, translations into technology requirements as well as sourcing and governance of delivery performed by multiple 3rd party suppliers. 


You will also contribute with defining processes, tools and competences needed within the IT organisation to further build the delivery capability. 
You will define and drive the establishment of a holistic architecture, taking into consideration business needs and processes, information flows, and application characteristics; as well as the underlying technical infrastructure. 


Responsibilities:

  • Establish a deep understanding of the Mölnlycke business model and need for digital customer interaction solutions.
  • Take ownership and build a joint view across Mölnlycke for the direction and tangible targets.
  • Lead the development of a concrete digital customer interaction roadmap in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Define discrete activities to deliver the roadmap
  • Drive the delivery of the roadmap through identified activities and solutions 
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to understand emerging and innovative solutions and directions and Mölnlycke's relative capability maturity and propose course of action.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the IT capability (process, tools and competence) to deliver digital interaction and engagement solutions.
  • Drive technology strategy and roadmaps including ROI and competitive edge for next generation technologies.
  • Maintain on-going vendor relationships ensuring vendor product road-maps are aligned with Mölnlycke's roadmaps cross multiple services and solutions.
  • Work within Agile development practices and iterative architectural design


Profile:

  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, ideally in a business-to-business (B2B) product setting. 
  • Relevant Degree
  • Experience leading eCommerce design and strategy ; prior experience articulating and executing a customer-centric eCommerce strategy
  • Background as CTO at a smaller product development company…
  • Solid understanding of service oriented architectural principles and systems
  • Experience of different delivery models including agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills. 
  • Deep understanding of digital business models in practice
