Continuing to invest in our future we are looking to hire a Service Owner – Sales Force Efficiency within our Global IT Organisation.

You are passionate about utilizing and sharing  your experience to manage different viewpoints, mediate, negotiate and inspire. For you everything starts with the customer.

 

A Service Owner provides a strong link between the business community and IT, through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders. The Service Owner is responsible for a specific service, the lifecycle management of the service and the business applications therein. The Service Owner ensures that business value is realized with a balanced approach to service levels and overall cost levels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Has an expert role with the responsibility for investigating future business needs, identifying options for improving and bridging the needs with the use of IT. This to ensure that the services are developed and managed to meet these needs.
  • Coordinates solution design and operations with other Service Owners within IT and relevant external suppliers. 
  • Planning and execution of enhancements of the service.
  • Reviewing problem trends and proactively takes actions to identify problems and remove them to enable user adaptation and user satisfaction. 
  • Ensures that each application within the service is fit for purpose through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Decides on technical and architectural aspects to the service by reviewing and challenging proposed solutions in order to ensuring master data and utilization of standard solutions to maximize investments
  • Performs market research to build, maintain and provide knowledge of the service and relating technologies. 
  • Ensures adherence to global IT processes as well as policies, principles and guidelines.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Solid Commercial business process understanding in the setting of the pharma or medical device industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business software in the area of Customer Relationship Management, SalesForce and Veeva or similar.
  • Understanding for mobile and webinar solutions
  • Communication; must be able to switch seamlessly between the language of business people and of IT specialists. 
  • Master Degree in Science (technology or business)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Solid IT knowledge and service management experience  
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Agile Methodology
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
