We are looking for a Service Owner with a passionate and collaborative approach to join our Solution Management team, within IT. What makes you stand out is your passion for what your work means – coupled with your ability to listen to customers and respond with appropriate urgency.

We are currently at an exciting journey implementing and rolling out a global platform supporting the processes for the R&D and Operation business units and establishing global service governance. Are you the one who is eager to be part of this journey?


About the role


As a Service Owner you will:

  • Ensure that the business area have an available and value adding business service, ready to support their daily work.
  • Work in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, across the globe, to take ownership of and lead Life Cycle Management for your services.
  • Develop close relationships with dedicated suppliers and establish high quality supplier governance.
  • Contribute to projects and daily operations by acting subject matter expert, supporting roll out and assess potential application harmonization.
  • Contribute to competence improvement and development of IT.


The position is full time and is located at Mölnlycke’s Headquarter in Gothenburg. The role reports to Team Manager of the Commercial and R&D team (within IT).


About you


As a person you have a strong drive with a can-do mentality. You take initiative, drive performance and have a forward way of thinking, combined with a customer centric mindset. You also have a natural curiosity combined with the ability to link business with IT.


Your qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Science (Technology or Business)
  • Relevant experience from IT Service Management
  • Experience from Product Life Cycle Management (PLM)
  • Experience from Vendor Management in a global, multi-source environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written communication
  • Fluent in Swedish and English


Qualifying Experiences

  • Experience from Software Validation (regulatory compliance)
  • Industry experience from Health Care or Pharma
  • Business experience from R&D with Product Development, Regulatory with Product Registration, Clinical incl clinical trials. Or, related areas in the Pharma or Medical Device industry
