Working in conjunction with the Platform Architect you will play a key role in delivering business required development solutions in line with the overall technical roadmap

 

As the Senior Process Application Specialist, you will contribute to the following areas:

 

  • Engaging with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into technical specifications
  • Driving the delivery of performance improvement initiatives from suggested solution designs
  • Continuously building on your understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and uses
  • Partner with 3rd party Tech Consultancy to manage the technical software development cycle  
  • Creating business cases to secure investment for expansion within the key business areas
  • Coordinating and supporting system upgrade User Acceptance Testing
  • Building relationships with primary stakeholders within Finance and wider IT functions

What you’ll need

 

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow in a similar Analyst role - Essential
  • Demonstrable exposure to Agile development and DevOps methodologies – Essential
  • Prior experience eliciting and describing business processes and requirements - Essential
  • Previous track record of leading development activities with external partners – Essential
  • Clear business acumen and ability to build effective stakeholder relations – Essential
  • Fluent written and spoken English - Essential
