Mölnlycke is now looking for a Senior Cash Manager to join our global HQ in Gothenburg.
Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Cash Manager within Group Treasury, you will be part of a professional Treasury team, with the overall responsibility of all financial risk management like currency risk, interest rate risk, counterparty risk and liquidity risk. Treasury is also responsible for safeguarding efficient and safe processes related to cash management and payments across the group.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cash management infrastructure in the group and stay updated on market trends in this area. You will also play an important role in driving continuous improvement and embracing new technological solutions within cash management and payment infrastructure.
This is not a traditional cash management role. It is a broad treasury position that combines cash management, payments, liquidity, FX execution, guarantees, credit support, stakeholder management, systems work and treasury advisory responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an experienced treasury generalist who enjoys ownership, variety, visibility and working across an entire global organisation.
Here's how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:
- Making sure cash management structures are maintained, optimized and up to date.
- Maintain good knowledge of restrictions and regulations that impact cash management operations in the scope of Mölnlycke's geographical coverage.
- Main point of contact for banks regarding global cash management.
- Lead and perform cash management FRQ/RFP and related services.
- Responsible for the group netting process.
- Liquidity management for the group.
- Actively share knowledge and drive improvements with other parts of the group. Assist and advise business with their cash management, payment guarantees and credit card needs.
- Investigate and resolve any issues with bank set ups.
- Take part in setting the strategy for global cash management services and payment infrastructure.
- Manage bank documentation in relation to cash management such as agreements, KYC etc.
- Maintain and develop user administration processes in e-banking tools.
- Contribute and drive the transformation journey of Global Business Service center as the thematic expert in your area of responsibility.
- Actively participate in the development and enhancement of treasury processes and procedures.
- Execute FX trades and other front-office treasury transactions.
- Support treasury-related guarantees.

What you bring
Required qualifications and experience
- University degree in finance or similar.
- Relevant work experience in a corporate treasury or bank.
- Experienced in implementation of complex cash management structures.
- A solid understanding of international payments, financial instruments and trade finance.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Negotiation and relationship building skills.

- SAP S/4 knowledge.
