We are now hiring an Administrator to work with one of Mölnlycke’s biggest business areas, Operating Room Solutions.


In this role you will handle changes of the content in our customized operating kits for different surgical interventions. Your main task is to make sure that our customers receive what they request and need when ordering our products within Operating Room Solutions. Do you have an interest in administrative work and customer service, as well as an interest to learn more about the Medical Device industry that truly makes a difference in this world? Then this role could be for you!



  • Handle customer requests in our administrative system, configure and make appropriate changes in orders from our customers
  • Monitor stock levels of our products, keeping track of potential delivery issues to customers
  • Working together with the Planning & Market Support team and suggest solutions when potential issues arise 



  • Experience from customer service, administration or coordinating position
  • Experience from working with SAP, Excel or other IT systems
  • An interest in health care and medical device industry
  • A Team player with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English (verbal and writing)

Experience of working within the Medical Devices Industry, clinical work or operation room experience is an advantage but not mandatory
