Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Pricing Manager, to be based in Europe. The role's geographical remit covers all our sales organisation worldwide and will require around 30% of travel to meet with local teams during tender processes and new product launches. 
You will own our Price and Governance policy, and will liaise closely with local sales and marketing teams during bids and tenders, to ensure that Mölnlycke's pricing is maintained throughout the region. The maintenance of our pricing structure is integral to our business and essential if we wish to continue to grow in a controlled and consistent way. 
You will also support the local teams with new product launches, ensuring that pricing is correct and appropriate through market and competitor analysis. 
Another important aspect of this position is to effectively report on the pricing structure during closing periods - how it is year to date compared to previous periods and according to the planned target. 

  • Drive Value Based Pricing methodology 
  • Define and implement target prices, floor prices and pricing governance
  • Monitor pricing across Europe, suggest and implement local guidelines
  • Drive implementation of global pricing initiatives and processes
  • Provide pricing training 
  • Support local sales & marketing teams in bids and tender processes


  • Minimum university degree (preferably business/pricing/marketing related)
  • Min. 5 years professional experience in commercial/pricing/finance/marketing 
  • Preferably personal track record in developing pricing or commercial approaches, driving advanced pricing mindset and executing pricing strategies with customers and internally
  • Practical cross functional experience within marketing, sales, finance, global and local markets
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Solid project management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Results and performance driven
  • Strategic thinking 
  • Comfortable in interacting with Senior Leadership
  • Ability to inspire, influence and challenge others
