Assisting the Product Owner Team Manager, you will lead on the translation of customer requirements into a cohesive solution architecture which aligns to the technology roadmap
The Platform Architect plays a key role within:
- Securing and safeguarding the integrity of solution architecture in line with relevant regulatory, privacy and security guidelines
- Demonstrating expertise within the database structure and building a common roadmap
- Providing technical support to the Process Application Specialist for solution design
- Constructively challenging key users and stakeholders to clarify needs and shape solutions
- Develop further knowledge within relevant technologies and applications
- Maintain overview of emerging ServiceNow portfolio to identify opportunities for investment
- Act as the integration expert and lead for all required product upgrades

What you’ll need
- Proven experience with ServiceNow in a similar Solution Architect role - Essential
- Strong leadership with the ability to create a learning culture - Essential
- Demonstrable exposure to Agile development and DevOps methodologies – Essential
- Previous track record of leading development activities with external partners – Essential
- Clear business acumen and ability to build effective stakeholder relations – Essential
- Fluent written and spoken English - Essential
