Assisting the Product Owner Team Manager, you will lead on the translation of customer requirements into a cohesive solution architecture which aligns to the technology roadmap

 

The Platform Architect plays a key role within:

 

  • Securing and safeguarding the integrity of solution architecture in line with relevant regulatory, privacy and security guidelines
  • Demonstrating expertise within the database structure and building a common roadmap
  • Providing technical support to the Process Application Specialist for solution design
  • Constructively challenging key users and stakeholders to clarify needs and shape solutions
  • Develop further knowledge within relevant technologies and applications
  • Maintain overview of emerging ServiceNow portfolio to identify opportunities for investment
  • Act as the integration expert and lead for all required product upgrades

What you’ll need

 

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow in a similar Solution Architect role - Essential
  • Strong leadership with the ability to create a learning culture - Essential
  • Demonstrable exposure to Agile development and DevOps methodologies – Essential
  • Previous track record of leading development activities with external partners – Essential
  • Clear business acumen and ability to build effective stakeholder relations – Essential
  • Fluent written and spoken English - Essential
